Galaxy SAre you talking about using Samsung's Messages, Google Messages or sending voice recordings, using the voice recorder as an attachment?
If you're using Samsung's Messages, switch to Google Messages, set it as your Default Messaging app & grant the necessary permissions.

Galaxy SYou can't Uninstall Samsung Messages, as it is a System App, even though it is recommended to use Google Messages.
Download Google Messages from the Play Store & set it as your Default Messaging app.
Even Samsung's Moderators are recommending that you use Google Messages rather than Samsung's.

Galaxy SHi Chizuka, as said by RedDogRabbit you can't uninstall the Samsung messages app.
However, please use Google Messages instead of preloaded Samsung Messages App. Download from Google Play store: Google Messages and set as default.
Thank you.
