Missing features

I went from a note 10 plus to a galaxy s21 ultra and is missing some features. If anyone can help me enable the features would be amazing. 

On messages how to have categories for different groups of people to not send a message to the wrong people, conversations pinned to the top, there is no option for scheduled messages.

If you're using Samsung's Messaging, click on the "+" button & then select Schedule Message.
