Honestly.... really fed up right now with this phone; for the better part of a year I had to continuously restart my phone as it would drop coverage and I finally fixed the issue, just to have an update effectively render my mobile data useless.

I tried resetting my network settings, restarting the phone, resetting my APN, clearing my cache, switching from GSM up to 5G...nothing is working.

How is this fair at all? Is there anyway to roll back the update?

Can anyone please help

Since you already tried Resetting your Network connections, I'd suspect that it might be a SIM card issue.

You can try using the Diagnostics in Samsung Members app to check the SIM.

Open Samsung Members app & Click on "Get Help" > Diagnostics & Click on the "SIM" icon.

Depending on results you may want to get a new SIM from your Carrier, it should be free.

You could also try Backing up with Smart Switch & Factory Reset. See if after the above steps, the issue is resolved.

I appreciate the suggestions, I went and got a new SIM card but I had no luck; I'm hesitant to do a factory reset but it seems I have no choice. Is there any painless way of backing up all my content?

The method I use to backup my device is to use Smart Switch for backups.

You NEED to know your passwords & should probably disable 2-Step Verification BEFORE you Factory Reset, it's not absolutely necessary, but it just makes it a bit easier once you boot up to the Welcome Screen after the Reset.

Figured I would provide an update; was struggling with the backup software as it was stuck at 0%, so I manually moved all my photos/videos (about 30GB) onto my computer & attempted again only to face the same issue being stuck at 0%. I removed my device and afterwards I noticed visually my keyboard changed, and my data is now functioning properly.

You think my phone was just too low on storage to properly apply the update or something?
