My S10+ has water in the cameras

I can see condensation inside of my phones rear facing and front facing cameras. My rear cameras have stopped functioning and my front camera can't face ID anymore.

Try put your phone in a baggy half filled with UNCOOKED rice overnight, or visit a Samsung Service center. 

You didn't mention how your phone was exposed to moisture...
