Just wondering if there is a way to Change the Colour of the Navigation Bar symbols ,without downloading an App.

Default has no such option.

Download Goodlock, then install NavStar. You can customize it. You can trust Goodlock. It is a Galaxy customization app.

Once you have Goodlock installed, click NavStar to install.
