Galaxy SNo idea why your emails from one address are going to the Spam folder, unless you inadvertently marked them as Spam.
To fix it, you should just be able to click on one email from that person, & Mark as Not Spam.

Galaxy SPerhaps I should have said that I'm using Gmail, & thought that Samsung email would have something similar.
With Gmail I do have the option to "Report Not Spam".

Galaxy SK, go to the Spam folder in Samsung Email & click on the 3 dot menu BOTTOM Right & Click on Remove from Spam.
Hopefully Samsung email is smart enough to do that for all the emails from that email address 🤞

Galaxy SHi Gspart, Please try the steps from RedDogRabbit and also log in to your account from the PC/laptop in MS outlook and you can able to remove that email from spam/Junk Email.
