S20 Emails to Spam Folder

All of a sudden (after an update ?) all emails from one addressee are going to my spam folder instead of my inbox.  Any idea why? How ro correct?

No idea why your emails from one address are going to the Spam folder, unless you inadvertently marked them as Spam.

To fix it, you should just be able to click on one email from that person, & Mark as Not Spam.

Thx but don't have that option. Closest option, when clicking on any email on spam folder, is Remove from Spam.

Perhaps I should have said that I'm using Gmail, & thought that Samsung email would have something similar. 

With Gmail I do have the option to "Report Not Spam".

Ah, thx, and I should have mentioned I'm using the default Samsung email app. Thx for ur help though.

K, go to the Spam folder in Samsung Email & click on the 3 dot menu BOTTOM Right & Click on Remove from Spam.

Hopefully Samsung email is smart enough to do that for all the emails from that email address 🤞

Samsung email app is just a client software. Maybe you need to login to your mail account to check. Like Gmail, Outlook.com, yahoo.ca...etc.

Hi Gspart, Please try the steps from RedDogRabbit and also log in to your account from the PC/laptop in MS outlook and you can able to remove that email from spam/Junk Email.
