Another "genius" update by one ui removing buttons from the bottom and replacing them with swipe gestures was a fantastic decision good job. ( I'm being sarcastic incase you can't tell) now when I'm scrolling on social media I keep activate the go back gesture instead of going to the next post. They need to give us an option to not update with out them hounding us with notifications that theres an update available, the last 2 updates sucked and I wouldn't be surprised if the next one did too.

If you're saying that you only want to use Navigation Buttons. 

If you want to use Navigation Gestures as before One UI V6.1.

Those buttons are ugly, take up too much room and make your phone look like and old persons phone

I use Navigation Gestures myself, but from your OP, it's not clear what you want, Buttons or Gestures? 

But if you follow the screen shots in my previous reply, you can have exactly what you had before the update to One UI V6.1.

These buttons the gestures they have now keep causing me to go back (what used to be the bar on the left) when I don't want to

You don't HAVE to have anything on the sides... 

You do, because you didn't make the proper selection for what you want.

The way the old buttons worked you just had to swipe up on that button now to go back you have to swipe from the side of the screen and hold up the home button to open previous apps. The buttons you are talking about take up way too much space it's a *** update

I'm not talking about any Buttons. Do you see any Buttons in my screen shots? 

You said that you don't want / like Gestures on the sides. I showed you how to only have Gestures on the bottom..

Look at these screeshots the 4th one is the old "buttons" (where you would do the swipe gestures) the 3rd is the new one 1st and 2nd are the Options for the buttons you are talking about and the options for the swipe gestures. I don't like the single bar and I don't like the massive buttons how it was before the update worked perfectly and they ruined it

3 button swipe at the bottom is supperior imo. I can't get it to work right since the update. Got to swipe from left and right edge and its not user friendly at all...
