Galaxy SHi, please check the below settings again and see if it helps.
1. Check your network mode settings (Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode) and ensure it is set to 5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM.
2. Verify if 5G coverage is available in your area by contacting your mobile service provider.
3. Confirm that your mobile service plan includes 5G access; if not, upgrade your plan.
4. Restart your phone to see if this resolves the issue.
5. Reset your network settings (Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth).
Thank you.

Galaxy SYou need to find out what bands your carrier supports and if those bands what's available on your area. Then you need to find out what bands your phone supports. If you get a match you should need able to get coverage if your provider doesn't do something like not allow your specific device to do so (you can find that out by calling them).
For example, if you're on Rogers and your area only had band 71 support from them, and your phone doesn't support band 71 (likely if it's an international phone), you won't get a 5G connection.
Were you trying to enable bands via the service menu?

Galaxy SEnable 5G at the store and if it fails ask the rep to fix it. You are the network customer. If it doesn't work on Bell go to another carrier.
