One UI 6.1.1 update

Despite being advertised, One UI 6.1.1 update is still not available on my S23 Ultra device in Canada. I'm on TELUS and their update schedule said Sept 17.... Does anyone have any inside updates about why this is delayed?

Hardly would have "rendered the camera useless". 

But I'm certainly not in a hurry.. Makes more sense to me to wait for the One UI V7.0 update anyway.

Ok, "useless" is a rather harsh term. In any event, if I cannot use the full capability of my camera (in this case), it's useless to me.

This is great news to finally see, however, it's been a day and still no update from Samsung...I noticed that they didn't give a specific day when the update would happen. I'll keep checking.

If you're thinking that Samsung's Moderators will provide any information regarding updates, you will be disappointed.. They never have.

Nope not waiting for their replies as it doesn't really matter. I'll receive the update no matter what, so I'll be patient.

I understand that Samsung has issues with their software updates on S23 Ultra. This has caused delays in releasing 6.1.1 software updates in Canada. In the meantime, how about they release the 3 missed security patches. It is October 4, 2024, and the last security patch was July 2014. I have only 1 physical Sim Card from Rogers, and no esims activated. On the Rogers forums, a monitor said that was the reason for customers having had their updates delayed...

SIMs have nothing to do with the reason for the delay!

I know esims have nothing to do with the delay. I would like someone at Samsung Canada to either fix the software update or release the security patches. At this time, I will wait for 7.0 update as long as they release the security patches. Also, why does Samsung not just tell us what the problem is with the S23 Ultra. Phones much older than mine are getting the software update and the security patches.
