Galaxy SCanadian Carriers have nothing to do with releasing any Updates.. they all come directly from Samsung's Servers..
only exception are Play System Updates, which come directly from Google.

Galaxy SThe situation is the same in Türkiye. While the One UI 7 update has been released for the S24 and S23 series, it has not yet been made available for the S24 FE and S23 FE. This is particularly frustrating because the S24 FE is a newly released device, yet it still hasn’t received the update.
Samsung has rolled out the update for the S24 FE in almost every other region around the world. In Türkiye, it was originally announced that the update would be released between April 20 and 30. However, on April 30, the timeline was extended to May 20. Despite widespread frustration and backlash from users, Samsung has remained silent.
In protest, some users have sold their Samsung devices, while others have changed their CSC to manually install One UI 7. Unfortunately, due to Samsung’s regional update policies, the rollout continues to be delayed or disrupted in many areas.

Galaxy SAfter the update is ready, it still has to be tested and approved for network testing by each carrier and the usually regulatory approvals in Canada.
The big 3 usually do this in waves. I figure at this point, it is the carriers that are creating the problem here.
(Even if you have an unlocked device)

Galaxy SThat is actually not the case.
Carriers have minimal involvement with the updates, and it would have been done early on, if at all.
The information posted by the Canadian Carriers regarding testing, is nonsense.
