My Galaxy S10 refreshes all the time. I do not use Bixby, I have tried turning background process limit to everything including none, I also went to background check and moved all to not allowed. When I have a video paused it will refresh and start it, when I'm typing and it refreshes it often wipes out what I had typed. I didn't notice this issue coinciding with an app install. Help! It drives me crazy!
I have the same issue with my GNote10+ and I don't see any solutions here... apps refreshing, text being wiped out, many apps are affected. Today I purchased a Smule subscription and I cant use it. The app seems to refresh while I am recording, impossible to have one full song recorded, a pity really
I also am having the same problem and I can not figure out what to do. I have restarted it a million times. I have done the safe mode and it still happens. HELP!!!!!!!!
I've had the same issue and almost smashed my Galaxy Note 10 on the wall, To fix it after many attempts, I finally got it right, stupidly enough what fixed it was the most simple thing you can think of. I updated all my apps on the Play store and the Galaxy app store, afterwards I restarted my phone allowed it to charge to 100% , now it's working perfectly.
