Hi, I set up a call with them and unfortunately, I was unable to answer their call...I can't make any calls out to people and now I know I can't even retrieve calls. My phone lit up, I assume, when koodo attempted contact but I had no way of knowing if the phone lit up because a call was coming thru...I'm not sure what to do...thanks for your comment.
If you can't make or receive calls and can't access voicemail, please try the following steps:
Check Airplane Mode & Signal. Go to Settings > Connections and make sure Airplane Mode is OFF. Check if you have a good network signal.
Restart Your Phone. Remove your SIM card, clean it, and reinsert it.
Reset Network Settings. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings (this will reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile settings but won’t delete personal data).
If the issue persists, please contact your mobile carrier from another phone or visiting a store for further assistance.
When removing your SIM card, ensure there is no dust or debris within. Blow in the sim tray a few time just in case.

1. Is your phone Candian bought? 2. U said you're with Koodo and couldn't answer when they called. Does this mean the inbound call showed up and the phone rang listing the incoming call and you simply by buttons on screen didn't respond to answer?!??! ^ both is critical to know for u ans us to get to root cause. 3. Does your carrier & signal bars show when SIM card is re-inserted top right hand corner?
4. When you press and hold the #1 key does it dial voicemail?
5. Can you dial any local business number like Pizza Pizza, Doninos or Beck Taxi?
6. Can you browse the internet getting official websites or Google search results?
