Preparing Dispatch 4th Day

My Pre-order status in preparation dispatch since 22nd March.No updates and agents are changing their statements. No compensation. They are saying it is just for exclusive color. Ohhh Samsung this is enough. This is last Pre-order for sure.

Neehal - that's the thing, a lot of have 'Preparing Dispatch' for like 3 days to several weeks - and no tracking email... It's as though it's hit a blind spot and now it's stuck~

HOORAY! Now don't leave your house, wake up early so you don't miss the delivery. I believe FedEx starts deliveries at 8am. In my experience, FedEx won't leave the item at your door if no one is home and will attempt delivery the next day. You could to visit the FedEx site and request your item to be left at the local depot for you to pickup. Not sure if Samsung allows this method though.

Thats a better answer than what I got. I ordered a smartwatch March 23, contacted Samsung March 28 and told 2-3 days for FedEx to pickup. It is now April 1. 4 days after my call and still Preparing Dispatch. 10 days since ordering and no delivery.
