Galaxy SFolks, it works ONLY for some devices which have this option. In my case, AW1228 appears to be only disabled and no option to uninstall or anything like that! So, problem is not solved!

Galaxy SSince yesterday apps are crashing as described. Looking into the stackTrace there were thousands of entries about Bixby which I don't even use. I killed all Bixby related background services and deleted all cache and data (Bixby only). I DID NOT uninstall/revert the system WebView. After killing/cleaning BixbyServices there were no crashes anymore. Especially Microsoft Outlook App crashed immediately on load. Now it's working even with all Apps updated.
Other Apps crashed randomly in background:
ntv
Pebble

Galaxy SI couldn't update the app, it was "disabled" and wouldn't allow me to do anything with it, so I updated google chrome and that solved the problem.
