Samsung Camera app crashes constantly on my Galaxy S20FE. This issue I have been facing for a while now, the camera app crashes for like 8/9 out of 10 times. Not sure what the reason would be. This issue I have been facing even before this Android WebView issue came. I have sent the bug reports many times to Samsung however so far nothing heard from them. This was happening when I was on One UI 3.0, recently I updated to One UI 3.1 but still issue exists. Half of the phone's memory is empty, I have SD card (Samsung EVO) which is also empty, I tried switching the storage location for photos to internal as well as SD card and noticed that the problem persisted on both the settings.
Hey thejigneshpatel, Please perform the steps below on your phone and get back to us with the results. Go to settings >> Apps >>Select Camera >> Storage >> Clear cache.
Then restart your phone by pressing the power off / on button.
If the problem persists, reset the Camera settings. Go to the Camera app >> Tap the settings option (in the upper left corner) >> Reset the settings >> Reset. Note: It will not erase the Camera photos.
This issue has been there since I got my phone and is horrible because I literally can't use the camera at all. It won't just crash the camera app, it will crash my phone entirely. I can't believe it hasn't been patched yet after being mentioned so many times, last time I ever buy a Samsung phone.
