S21 5G Software Update

So my S215G has been on Andriod Version 12 and each time I prompt an update its says it's up to date 

How I go about updating to Andriod 13 or the latest

What is the model # under Settings,  about phone?

So I just moved to Canda from Nigeria and I have been experiencing this from Nigeria . Model # SM-G991U

Your device is an international version from the USA and from previous posts with problems about this problem of not being able to get updates you need to be subscribed to a cell service in the country of origin of your device to get updates

Oops can a Factory reset help ,
Because this means I have to be in USA before I can get the update

Unfortunately, a factory reset would not help with your problem🤔
