S21 ultra one UI 4 problems

So they haven't fixed the problems with this new update. Back gesture from both sides just stops working randomly and keyboard just doesn't show up. I tried factory reseting my phone. I thought today's update might fix it but nothing its been over a month and there is no fix out yet. Does anyone else have this problems too ??

And after the Factory Reset, try downloading the apps you were having difficulty with. And again BEFORE you restore anything.

Pretty sure that this will have resolved the issue for you.

I'm still having issues with no network connection intermittently even after updating to Android 12 & Dec 2021 security patch. And also did a factory reset still doesn't resolve the issues.

I have no clue as to why all these issues after the update, especially after factory resetting. Im running Android 12 since the beginning on my S21U and have yet to find any issues.

Same... I haven't found a single issue so far. I even ditched my Z fold 3 to go back to using my S21U daily to see if anything would come up but nothing. Working flawlessly.

I've posted something about the January update being in the works though. It should come soon as it was already released in the Netherlands.

Maybe that will fix most of the problems some are encountering?

When you say beginning you mean December, you're lucky!! Last thing I want is to have issues with my $2k phone

Yes, updated in December when it was first available (Dec 6th i think) and its been running like a champ. Im surprised about all the update complaints.

What are the suggestions, I already did the factory reseting in a week after the update, there are no new things to be done to fix it

Hi Kaler, I suggest you to generate the error report. Please use the Samsung Members app to generate the error report by using the below link so that the team can review the Log Files.

In step 5, please select the "Application" category.

In step 6, Please check "send the system log data". https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/samsung-members-how-to-submit-an-error-report/

Here is an update on s21U issues I've been hating. Did a factory reset with my sim card in and cleared the cache partition. Performed the setup without reinstalling from a back up and still had issues installing some of the programs from Google playstore. Decided to do another factory reset and cleared the cache this time without my sim card... once the phone was configured I inserted the sim card and so far no issues installing any programs from the playstore.
