Galaxy SHi FirstladyJB,
Please turn your Samsung Galaxy S22 off, reboot it and check whether the problem has been solved.
It is possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe mode feature. In Safe mode, your device will not run any third-party apps. This allows you to easily identify and remove the app that may be causing the problem.
First, completely power off the Galaxy phone or tablet > Power on the device and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key > If done correctly, "Safe mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If "Safe mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above > Once you are in Safe mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues > To exit Safe mode, simply restart your phone or tablet and it will reboot normally. Note: You can also enter Safe mode by opening the Power menu, touching and holding the Power off icon, and then tapping the Safe mode icon.
Thank you.

Galaxy SThank you. I did, but it is the same.. it did not work . The only thing that happened was that it wiped out everything on the phone and back to the factory setting. I am so DISAPPOINTED 😞
