Also happening in Chrome on Desktop mode.

When I hkr backspace and start typing again the curser jumps to different words. Or backspaces it and then the text immediately returns. Its incredibly annoying and there is an entire reddit thread on it.

Gboard / Honey board makes no difference.

If it's only happening on FB & Chrome, if it was my device, I'd uninstall all the updates to both & Reboot ⚠️*TURN OFF* Auto Update on the Play Store & Galaxy Store FIRST.⚠️

See if you still get the same behavior?

Wierd, but if it's only happening with those two apps, FB & Chrome.. (Chrome is even weirder though), I can't think of any reason, except something with the apps themselves.

Was it always like this, or did it start with recent updates to those two apps?

Since the issue just started a few days ago, probably the same time as FB was updated, I would have thought that by turning off auto updates on the Play Store & Galaxy Store, then Uninstalling the update to FB, it should have behaved as it did before the update.. 🤔
