S23 Apps on Wifi Issue

I upgraded to the S23 roughly 30 days ago. Recently, I began having issues where some of my apps won't work on Wi-Fi but have no issues on mobile data. I've done all troubleshooting up to and including a factory reset. I've cleared the partition and repaired the apps. I've uninstalled them and then tried downloading them again. I've made sure all permissions have been given, and that the battery is not optimized for these apps. I don't have Wi-Fi issues with any other devices and the S21 in my house works no issues. I've chatted with support who told me to take the phone in for service because they have no other solutions apparently. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I've tried everything except throwing the phone against a wall. Plenty of apps work with no issue on Wi-Fi and some don't work unless I turn Wi-Fi off. I have reset, factory reset, cleared the partition, fixed the apps, removed them and downloaded them again. Allowed all permissions and removed optimized battery. I went into developer mode. I shouldn't have upgraded

I just purchased my S23 Ultra on 4/27, less than a week ago, and I am having the same issue - certain apps won't load at all unless I turn the WiFi off. I am using WiFi 5.

Take the phone back if you can. Samsung is apparently incompetent to fix the issues and pretends they have no idea what we are complaining about. Repair tech told me he needs to send my phone to Samsung and I'll be without a phone for at least 7 business days

I have now a few days a S23 and I wish I have known this issue before I bought it, because I have exact the same problem. Most of the apps and browsing works on Wifi, but some apps just won't work very well on Wifi. It's takes ages to load content, to login, ... I also tried everything and nothing helps, Samsung helpdesk not aware of the problem...

Samsung knows of the issue. It has been happening apparently since late 2022. I turned off wifi and made sure all of my updates were done on data. This seemed to help for some of the apps but not all of them

Try this:

Go to Settings > Connections > WiFi and Click on the WiFi Connection > Gear Icon View More & Change the Mac Address from Randomized to Device.

See if that fixes the issue for you?
