Galaxy SI just purchased my S23 Ultra on 4/27, less than a week ago, and I am having the same issue - certain apps won't load at all unless I turn the WiFi off. I am using WiFi 5.

Galaxy SPosting a screen shot in Russian isn't very helpful.
English or French please.

Galaxy SI have now a few days a S23 and I wish I have known this issue before I bought it, because I have exact the same problem. Most of the apps and browsing works on Wifi, but some apps just won't work very well on Wifi. It's takes ages to load content, to login, ... I also tried everything and nothing helps, Samsung helpdesk not aware of the problem...

Galaxy STry this:
Go to Settings > Connections > WiFi and Click on the WiFi Connection > Gear Icon View More & Change the Mac Address from Randomized to Device.
See if that fixes the issue for you?
