Galaxy SMy S23 Ultra just updated to One UI 6 yesterday, and since then it keep killing apps like crazy. I cannot keep anything running on the background, once i switched from one app to another the original app is dead and need to restart the app again.
It never happen before the OS update. Do anyone have a solution?

Galaxy SIt's not the One UI V6.0 update that is causing your issue.
Try Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache. I didn't see anything like this when my S23 Ultra updated to One UI V6.0.
There's also the December 1st Security Patch OTA, which hopefully includes some minor fixes for other things.
Still waiting to see the doc.samsungmobile.com update information (don't know why it's not immediately available?) for what is included in the update.

Galaxy SBoot into Safe Mode and see if it is happening for you still?
It's definitely not because of the One UI V6.0 update, it absolutely is not happening on my S23 Ultra.
Check your always sleeping apps as well.
If you're still having issues, backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

Galaxy SHi, as suggested by the RedDogRabbit please perform Safe Mode on the device and check the issue again.
To enter Safe Mode, please perform the following:
First, completely power off the phone.
Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume down key.
If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen.
If "Safe Mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above.
Once you are in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone.
To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your phone and it will reboot normally.
Important: When you exit Safe Mode, some of your customization options (wallpapers, themes, etc.) may be reset to default.
Please get back to us if the issue persists again after performing the above steps.

Galaxy SIt's possible that it's something in your Settings, ie: Apps that are "Restricted" in Settings > Battery.
Certainly none of my apps are stopping, unless I want them to.
