S23 Ultra keep flashing Infrared while camera is ON. Can I turn it off !!

You can't see it by your naked eyes, but you can use IR detection card

That is Samsung's Laser Focus IR for the Camera on the S23 Ultra. 

Why would you want to turn it off?

If I use the back camera, it gunna keep sending IR into my eyes. Not safe

Well, the Laser AF sensor is used to enhance the Auto Focus performance in close range and low light environments.

So it shouldn't be a problem in normal light conditions.
