I purchased my new Galaxy S24 Ultra in December 2024. For the past two weeks since updating to OneUI 7.0, I have experienced persistent battery problems. Initially, the battery drained rapidly; however, for the past week, the phone has unexpectedly shut down, displaying 0% battery, even after charging to 100% or more than 50%. My daily screen usage is a maximum of three hours. Please advise on resolving this issue; it is causing significant concern and is not the expected performance for this device.

There have been a lot of posts about battery drain problems since updating to One UI 7. 

Hopefully Samsung will be pushing out an update soon to help with the problem
