S9 Plus Camera Blacks Out.

Help! My S9 Plus camera of only 6 days old now often blacks out. When I open the camera, the screen just stays blank, and nothing responds at all; both the front and back cameras do not work until I restart my phone. What do I do to fix it?

It can be frustrating, especially when it's like minus 20 degrees outside and I try to unlock my phone with the iris scan so that I don't have to pull my hands out of my gloves. The iris scan won't work because the camera is not responding. :(

I'd backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset it (Remember to move anything you need or want to your computer or external sd card as a Factory Reset will WIPE the internal Storage!) - If the issue continues - Take it to a Samsung Service Center to get checked out 🐧

If your phone is acting up and it's only 6 days old then I would highly recommend that you take it back and exchange it.

Hey @Somtico, as @Echo said, you should take this phone into a Service Center especially if it is only 6 days old.

Took the phone to the store I bought it from, and the guy told me to bring it back if it happens again. 🙄
