Galaxy SHappened to my dad. He saw a 256GB MicroSD Card online (which did not even have SDXC logos lol). He stored important data on it and... well guess what the real capacity was only 2GB. So that's 254GB of data written nowhere, lost forever

Galaxy SRegardless, it's always important to have backups of important data. I mainly use cloud and external HDD for backups.
