We are sorry to hear this issue from you. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:
Open Samsung Internet and go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Delete Browsing Data. Select Cookies and Site Data and Cached Images and Files and clear them. If the issue persists, go to Settings > About Samsung Internet > Reset Settings to reset the browser to default.
If you use browser extensions, one of them might be causing the hang. Go to Settings > Extensions and disable them temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.
Uninstall the Samsung Internet and reinstall it: Long-press the app icon > Uninstall or Disable (if pre-installed). Reinstall from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.
Ensure Battery Optimization isn't restricting Samsung Internet: Go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Background Usage Limits and ensure the app isn't being restricted.
Please ensure that your device software is upto date.
