Hi VL-Rider,

It sounds like a frustrating issue! Even though you've set location access to "Never" in the Samsung Internet Browser, some pages might still request access due to how the browser interacts with websites or the system settings.

Here are a few things you can check or try:

Double-check Samsung Internet settings: Open Samsung Internet. Go to Settings (the gear icon in the bottom-right corner). Scroll down to Privacy and security. Tap on Location and make sure it’s set to Block or Never.

Clear Cache and Data for Samsung Internet:
Sometimes clearing the cache can reset any lingering settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Internet > Storage. Tap Clear Cache and then Clear Data. After doing this, revisit the location settings in the browser.

Check Permissions for Samsung Internet: Sometimes, individual app permissions can override browser settings. Go to Settings > Apps. Scroll down and find Samsung Internet. Tap on it, then go to Permissions. Make sure Location is set to Don’t allow.

If your device has Location Services enabled in the system settings, this might still cause apps (including browsers) to request access to location even if you’ve disabled it in the app itself. Go to Settings > Location and turn off Location completely, or ensure it’s set to a more restricted mode like Only while using the app.

Thank you.

Clearing cache and data in Samsung Internet seemed to do the trick. Thanks.
