Samsung keyboard swipe

I use the swipe feature in samsung keyboard but I've noticed the trail is always blue. Is it possible to change the trail colour?

I've tried looking into this with no luck. I think the only change you can make is to have the keyboard in high contrast colours but the trail is still blue. Maybe there's an app that can customize keyboards but not sure if it's compatible with Samsung Swype.

I think you can do it but you need to download the official swype keyboard. I know with my old Note3 I could make the "Trail" thicker

only way I can see is changing the trail color would be rooting your phone or downloading a launcher....but I hear swipe is soon to be discontinued...the physical app not on Samsung that is..
