Galaxy SWas it rooted?
what phone model do you have?
Did you buy it new?
If it was rooted, then there's nothing you can do. Once knox has been flagged it's permanent.
You could go to a Samsung service center & they should be able to help.

Galaxy SHi Bpkhandey, Could you please let us know the model number of your Samsung device. The presence of a Kinguser or Superuser application on the device is an obvious sign that the device has been rooted. These applications are typically installed as part of the rooting process to allow access to superuser privileges. You could also download a root checker app or a terminal client to determine if superuser access is configured.

Galaxy SIt's also possible that the phone is not currently rooted, but knox has been tripped.
He can check if knox has been flagged by
Turning off the phone. While is the phone off, Press the Power button, Volume Down, and Home buttons and hold until you see a Warning screen, press Volume Up (continue). At the top left of the screen you'll see "Knox Warranty Void: X (0x000X)" where X is the number of times Knox has been tripped.
A phone that was previously rooted can be unrooted by flashing the stock Samsung firmware, but that will not restore Knox.
