Samsung S24 wouldn't download Airtel(Telus) eSIM .

I bought the s24, I'm trying to transfer my eSIM to the new device, unfortunately, my phone doesn't recognize or I'm not getting any eSIM promt. Someone who is from India facing the same problem,if u have a solution please let me know .

Airtel doesn't even respond,maybe its weekend they didn't see or something like that

No model is canaian one , although eSIM is from India.

Even have the same problem and the problem is with the process. AIRTEL have changed esim process from November. Earlier we use to send esim with registered email ID and we use to get QR code to download the esim but now we are supposed to upgrade an esim via airtel thanks app but updating new phone eid and wait for 4 hours to download the esim...here we have the problem after following the process we don't get esim to download on the new phone.. but jio and vi still works as they have qr code scan process. Same have been updated in the samsung site ... might be it's country and model specific ... airtel is not supporting to send the qr code and we don't have option to transfer the esim to samsung phone.... refer to the below link https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/galaxy-esim-and-supported-network-carriers/
