Samsung S24 wouldn't download Airtel(Telus) eSIM .

I bought the s24, I'm trying to transfer my eSIM to the new device, unfortunately, my phone doesn't recognize or I'm not getting any eSIM promt. Someone who is from India facing the same problem,if u have a solution please let me know .

How did you download esim ?

Once airtel app says check for notification.. go to setting--> clicked multiple times non stop on add esim

Thanks but it didn't work, it goes to scan qr when i give add esim ,i tried more than 50 times

Try search for esim after opening add esim

Not sure why .....samsung behaves different... i was able to do few things other user cannot...
1. I have access to separate work mode. Tried to replicate in s24 ultras but couldnt.
2. Esim tooo now

I myself bought a S24 from Canada, it supports only one physical sim and other esim. I cannot convert my Airtel physical sim to esim on the S24, esim worked flawlessly on my Indian S23Fe. I went to airtel store multiple times to sort it out but even they gave up in the end. Now I have a single sim S24 :). 

It seems airtel doesn't support internaltional Samsung phones for Esim.

Also Jio 5G isn't working on it either.

PS just buy an Iphone, Samsung has pathetic International support for their premium linup.
