Galaxy SIf you have a big deal , go get it BUT i suggest you to read this article to be sure you select the right card for you... if you make 4K video, you need a card that support it...
Which card do you want to buy at Bestbuy ?

Galaxy SThat Lexar card is more expensive because it's UHS-II. Your phone is only UHS-I compliant, which means you won't benefit from the extra speeds. So there's no advantage to go with it. Both are high quality cards, and I believe Samsung offers a very long warranty on it (10 years?).
Both cards are overkill for the use cases you've given. So buy any of them with confidence.
