I bought a S23 Ultra, a screen protector, and a case from a Samsung Store. Yesterday I left my phone on my table. I left the room to go and study for my finals. And then I heard a glass-shattering noise. The ceiling lights in my room had fallen on my phone when I was away. The screen film got torn apart with the pieces of glass. I haven't removed it yet. But I checked it and there is a huge scratches on my screen. And that's not all, there are even scratches underneath the case. I bought these to protect my phone from things like this, I trusted Samsung with the quality of their products. Maybe some of you guys will say that this is not Samsung's fault. I am not saying it is. I am just saying I wasn't expecting these products to be this low quality. If anyone is buying any of the new S24s. I advise you not to buy a case or a screen protector from Samsung. They don't deserve 45 dollars.

Whitestone Dome Tempered Glass - $63

UAG Monarch Kevlar - $89

That's protection for an almost $2,000 device.

For scratches on the screen, apparently the liquid adhesive used for the Whitestone Dome, will fill in the scratches and make them disappear?

I heard that but I don't know how true it is. I am thinking of getting one and trying it on the scratches. But still, it doesn't change the fact that Samsung sells low-quality products to us.

@YEB1464, the glass screen of the phone is harder enough for preventing scratches as long as you don't drop the phone onto the rough and harder surfaces frequently.

To be honest. Even they trying to Market as "Toughest screen in a galaxy" I really don't think they are

My S23U is with me for almost an year for now. Thanks to the default screen protector that came with the phone I did survived 8 months and then I removed just for the sake since it was one of the toughest screen back then too. Not even a day I've seen very noticeable scratches in my screen and now the scratches almost everywhere. I pre-ordered the S24U. Let's see how it goes.
