schedule Text Messages

Hi,  I did the latest Pie update and noticed I am no longer able to schedule text messages.  Does anyone else have this issue?  I am trying to find something about it but, am unable to.
Anyone with suggestions on how I can get this feature back would be appreciated.

It's still here!
Tap the + Button when you text, then tap the 3 Dots (More Options) and the option is here

I love being able to schedule a message, especially when I think of writing it at midnight! I'm sure my recipient's appreciate it too!

Since the update I am unable to read my text messages.  The text bubble is white and the text color also white and I see no way to change the bubble color
