Hi Everyone. This is my first trouble shooting post. On my S7 when I have email or text messages coming in, how do I get the screen to turn on and show the email/text message alert? Most times the screen does not turn on for incoming email/text message alerts.
I don't think it does turn on ... if I am right and the screen is off all that happens when you get a email or text or alert is.... if switched on you get the led light which flashes and the phone will vibrate again if switched on... Hope this helps
