Galaxy SOn my Pixel 7 I had the same issue.
It is now called Extend Unlock in Android 14.
To locate it with the new name, go to:
Settings > Security & Privacy > More Security Settings > Extend Unlock
You should then see the screen you are familiar with.

Galaxy SI have the same issue with my Ultra 24S, had a hard time finding something that will keep my phone unlocked at home. I could not find the "Smart Lock" settings.
My older phone (Note 😎 had the "Smart Lock" feature where I can edit any of the "trusted devices".
However, after quite some time, I found this.............
Go to "Settings". Scroll to "Lock Screen and AOD" (or similar "Lock Screen" setting, then go to "Extend Unlock".)
The "Extended Unlock" seems similar to the older phones "Smart Lock" feature.
Here you should see the following settings you can edit:
On-body detection, Trusted Places, Trusted devices. It's similar to the "Smart Lock" feature in some of the older phones.
Hope this helps!
