I buy the new phone samsung Galaxy S8 last month and now it started to hang. when I press main button to off the app it shows system UI isn't responding. what should I do. it is software problems or something else. do I have to change the phone ? 18fdcca1-4534-4aef-8e6e-62c08aa7e5b7.jpg

@Happysidhu, I would first try booting into recovery and wiping the cache, if after that you still have the same problem, then I would factory reset your phone, but make sure you do a backup first.

As long as the phone is original, factory reset the phone, it'll be fixed.

If it happened only once or twice uninstall the offending app and reinstall better/ newer version

system UI Stopped working on phone. I got a new S8 and phone kept on freezing and says SYSTEM UI STOPPED WORKING. I did factory rest and wiped the cache and not fixed so I went to exchange it for the same model. the newer phone also has the same issue. how can I fix it?
