Galaxy STo resolve this, please clear the app's cache, force stop it, and then launch it again.
During this process, you will be presented with the option to retain this phone as the primary device.

Galaxy SNope, that's not it. I use TD & it doesn't matter which device I use to access my TD accounts.
There's no such thing as a "primary" device, my Finger Print is all I use.
I would Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the TD app, login with your password, select Text Verification & Toggle ON Biometrics for the TD app.

Galaxy SHi R3DKEY, as this is an app-specific inquiry, you may contact TD's customer service or wait for a solution from other Members. This issue might be related to your TD account's login settings, so you might want to double-check in your app.

Galaxy SI'm not sure about this, because I don't remember if it was happening on my new S23 Ultra.. But, it might be that TD is verifying every time you want to login, because it's a new device?

If this is indeed the case, it should stop after a time.
I know that some apps, ie: Signal want you to verify your identity via a PIN, fairly frequently initially, but then further apart.
