Now with the borderless screens you can only handle a phone by the side edges to avoid touch screen activity. This is very inconvenient when turning the phone screen to show someone opposite yourself, and especially when handing off the phone to another person without accidentally touching the screen and unwantedly changing something. Please put a "TOUCH INPUT PAUSE" button or voice command so the screen can be touched without changing anything. This will be such a convenience in these and many other situations.

With EdgeTouch, a Good Lock Family app, you can add dead zones on the edges of the screen to avoid this problem.

Agree with @CHMultimedia with Edge Touch. It allows for some fine tuning. But be aware that one should go back to recommended setting prior to uninstalling as cautioned by the app.

I don't have so many problems using the S10e. This is one of the reasons i chose the smaller size. Whenever i use a larger screen i tend to freeze it when part of my hand makes contact with the screen, stopping any other input until i move the overlapping touch. The best way i can suggest without having to patch with an app is to hand your phone to someone using two palms flat. It actually not only stops any screen touches. It makes the person handle the phone carefully because of the way you are handing it to them. I do agree that there should be a qs tile that can suspend all touches (except pulling down the qs tile menu) for a constant or preset intervals. Pretty much an extension of screen pinning. Screen freezing.
Keep asking for it. It's a great idea.
