Unable to add my work mail because of custom os on samsung s8

I am unable to add my work mail to my Samsung s8 phone. Every time I try to add it, it shows an error that says something like "cannot set up work profile because of the privacy policy of the custom os installed"

Work profile usually require UEM system to work. Contact your company IT should able to help you out.

Hi, yes as said by Tallman work profile is activated using a UEM solution.
