Before, when I plugged in my S8 to my computer, there was an automatic pop-up asking me if I wanted to transfer files or not. Now, when I plug in my phone, I don't get that option anymore, and my phone doesn't say anything about "USB for file transfer". It's also stuck on slow-charging all of the time when connected to the computer. I'm using the same charger that I used before (which came with the phone), but now the connection just isn't working. Any ideas on how to fix this?
try a different usb port. I know at work, one of the front ports always says there is a shirt and I get slow charging, move it to the other port and it works.
Hey @Trickertock! For the connection error between your device and PC, please try the following: 1. Check if you can connect device with other cables 2. Try soft-reboot of your device 3. If other cables give you same result, try to install correct driver on your PC
