Galaxy SHi meeeow, I suggest you try with another carrier if possible and check if you have the same issue. Are there any other issues apart from this? Did the device was examined by the Samsung authorized technician? I suggest you get your device examined, please reach out to live chat support and they help you book an appointment with an authorized technician.
