My samsung pay, secure wifi and secure folder had locked me out after the last security update, sites unauthorized changes to device operating system....anyone who can help?

It has the Exynos chip and a Bootloader that can be unlocked & Rooted, unlike the North American variant, which has a Snapdragon chip, with a Locked Bootloader, and presently can not be Rooted.
