Samsung needs to update the voicemail reading feature. Apple and Google are providing feature that are way ahead as compared to Samsung's. With Apple or Google user can also have feature to transcribe the voicemail audio. Voicemail also has no limit in saving capacity. User can store unlimited voicemail. With Samsung its ridiculous. It feels like I'm using 2005 phone to get access of voicemail. Please try to update voicemail feature as per 2023. Still there are many people who are using voicemail. Samsung has never even tried to make it better.

Hi! The recording capacity of your voicemail depends on your service provider such as Telus, Rogers, Bell, Fizz, etc. that provides you with a carrier network.

Voicemail has nothing to do with Samsung. VM is provided by the Carriers.

If Apple, or Google have anything different, then that is something that the Carriers offer, not Samsung. 

Rogers used to have Visual Voicemail, but Rogers discontinued it several years ago.
