I donot know what's wrong is going with Samsung. They are seems like breaking up the promises. Firstly company promises to give longer supports of ui and security updates to their permium smartphone users and now its the starting and they are taking step back from their words. Firstly they announce the updates and then completely remains silent at that time of update and they even remove some of the article from their newsroom which are the regarding the updates. I found one article from Canada. But no update yet..Samsung should come up and response to their users with actually delay problems and update them with newer timelines. We donot expect these types of thing from Samsung.
Thank you

First, it's not a promise and second, they don't care about their brand's consumers.

Unfortunately Samsung is not very good at communicating with it's customers, instead we have to rely on 3rd party sources.

Samsung has halted the One UI V7.0 update because of a couple of critical issues.

Some people have reported that they are unable to unlock their devices, and Secure Folder isn't Secure.

Why after 4 months of Beta testing, this wasn't discovered.. no idea, but it's not a good look for Samsung.

Yesterday, my phone showed an available update, but the battery was low. I tried to update it today, but no updates were available.😂😂😂😂

I bet now, that when the next update comes, you will have that phone fully charged from 2 days before. This "mistake" can happen just once 😂 😂 😂

What SoC/processor is your phone using Exynos or Qualcomm and what's the model S24/S??

If, and most likely, it's a Qualcomm Snapdragon device, reportedly Qualcomm's chip doesn't have the same issues as Samsung's Exynos chipset. This applies to the S24 & S25 series in Canada.

Yes there has been a lot of issues and date changing going on. And now with these 2 critical issues that just happened not sure when we will get it now and hopefully everything will be fixed and stable enough so we won't have any more problems
