check for updates for WhatsApp or uninstall and reinstall. all your chats should be backed up to your account so you shouldn't loose anything :)

@manoj, Whatsapp video call is working fine for me after the Oreo update, I would try @SnowCat19 suggestion, if that doesn't resolve it, then contact Whatsapp support as mentioned by @Wonchul.
