Why are my icons now forest green???

I just finished the Android 13 update and now my app icons are a forest green color. I went to Color Palette and it wasn't set to anything with the color green in any shade. So I chose another palette without any green, my icons are still forest green. How do I change this?

Just go into your colour pallete settings and at the bottom there should be an option for applying your pallete to your icons or not.

This is what my screen gives me, and disabling it turned my icons back to their defaults.
