As certain membres wrote here that à Wipe cache partition is very recommanded after à à big update. Does it avoid possibility of bugs ? 
After you did the update, you turn of your device and you start the procedure

Nah, I get what you mean, but it's not really the same thing. The software and its developers should be taking care of it. They lock us out of the software for a reason. They should set it up to clean its cache automatically.

Can such an embedded command (Wipe Cache Partition) be added to the code as part of a software Update? If so, yes it would be useful. Unless there are technical reasons not to do this.

That's a good point. I don't know. I'm only an end user. I can't see why not though.

Well there's a script in the updates, but that isn't always effective. 

Wiping Cache can be a useful tool to clean out lost fragments after any OTAs as well.

It's funny. I don't think i had ever learned about "Wipe Cache Partition" steps until now. It's pretty straight forward. Will try to remember to do it after big updates or when I notice sluggish or unusual behaviors on my phone.
