Galaxy SGot my s25 ultra 2 days ago. I was expecting better camera than Redmi note 13 pro which is less than half price but I noticed photos are washed out, unnatural skin tone many time and also photos are out of focus. Worst result in low lightvideos are very stretchy in low light feels like U watching movies from scratched cd. I have tried to shoot video stabilisation off . Hd , uhd and every mode but result is same terrible.
I only bought this phone hopping it has best camera but I am very disappointed I want to return it can't wait until they provide updates and fix it this is so disappointing that it can not do the thing which they claim for best camera not even close to normal camera.

Galaxy SHi Members_HL1z8Eu,
Good suggestion by RedDogRabbit! Turning off Scene Optimizer can help reduce aggressive AI processing, which might be causing the washed-out colors and unnatural skin tones.
This can sometimes improve detail retention and color accuracy, making images look more natural. Also, if Auto HDR is enabled, try toggling it off to see if it helps with the unnatural processing.
Thank you RedDogRabbit.

Galaxy SSame here. I don't have an Ultra 25, but a S25+. The camera is worse than that of S23+. Already disabled scene optimization and set optimation intelligence to minimum. The color tone of photos turns out to be off, either to yellowish or blue-ish, just not right. When I looked the the photos and videos taken in Gallery, always started with a darker screen and turned brighter. Really annoying. I must say S23+ was way better, even photos & videos taken in low-light environment. The S25 series seems to be a downgrade!!!
P.S. I have been using Samsung S series for the longest time. This is by far the biggest disappointment!!!

Galaxy SExactly the same issue I am having. I have the s25+ but the camera and video is driving me insane. I just paid it off a few days ago. But the darkness in the photos and video it's ridiculous. I have adjusted all the settings but it's not helping that much. I feel like my old s21+ is much better 😌
