Galaxy SHi Dharmikp,
Can you please let us know the model number of your device?
Have you tried to perform Wipe cache partition? If not please boot the device into recovery by wiping cache partition and see if it helps.
This will not erase personal data on the phone. It deletes temporary cache files in the phone. Turn off the device > Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power Key > When the Android logo displays, release all keys.(("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options) > Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition.” > Press the Power key to select > Press the Volume down key to highlight > “yes” and press the Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.
It may be a problem caused by the downloaded app on your phone, and that app should be uninstalled. To find which app causes issue, you can try uninstalling the apps in the order of the last installation.
Open Quick settings. Tap the Power icon at the top of the screen > Touch and hold Power off until the Safe mode icon is displayed > Tap Safe mode to start your device in Safe mode. If you've entered Safe mode successfully, you will see Safe mode displayed at the bottom of the screen. Downloaded apps will be temporarily disabled to help you troubleshoot the phone.
Thank you.
